The total fluorescence intensity of Alexa fluor 647 secondary antibody conjugate was higher than that of Cy5 coupling compound of other companies. When combined with most proteins, oligonucleotides and nucleic acids, the fluorescence absorption spectrum of Alexa fluor 647 is very small compared with that of Cy5, so it emits stronger fluorescence at the same degree of substitution. |
