GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (Compound 1a) (1 nM-100 μM; 7 d) dose-dependently stimulates β-cell proliferation with an EC50 value of 1.41 μM. GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (2 μM; 72 h) increases replicating R7T1 β cells approximately 2-fold.[1] GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (1 nM-100 μM; 24 h) induces activation of the Super (8X) TOPFlash reporter with an EC50 value of 1.25 μM.[1] GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (2 μM; 72 h) stimulates β-catenin translocation into the nucleus in HEK293 cells.[1] |
