The cynomolgus CD8A (XP_001092778.2) (Met42-Asp223) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1 ; The cynomolgus CD8B (XP_005575417.1) (Met1-Pro170) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the heterodimer was purified.
