Construction Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A*02:03), Ile21-Met119(B2M) and FMNKFIYEI peptide. PE-Labeled Human HLA-A*02:03&B2M&AFP (FMNKFIYEI) Tetramer is assembled by biotinylated monomer and PE-labeled streptavidin.
Endotoxin < 1 EU/μg by the LAL method.
Formulation Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, 0.2% BSA (pH 7.4).
Stability & Storage

Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at-80℃. For reconstituted proteinsolutions, the solution can be stored at -20°c to -80'c for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
