Reconstitution | A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) containing reconstitution instructions is included with the products. Please refer to the CoA for detailed information. |
Stability & Storage |
It is recommended to store recombinant proteins at -20°C to -80°C for future use. Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at-80℃. For reconstituted proteinsolutions, the solution can be stored at -20°c to -80'c for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots. |
Shipping |
In general, Lyophilized powders are shipping with blue ice. |
Research Background | LRRC15 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 15) is a Protein Coding gene. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. The tumor antigen 15-leucine-rich repeat-containing membrane protein (LRRC15) is a transmembrane protein demonstrated to play important roles in cancer. LRRC15 is highly expressed in multiple solid tumor indications with limited normal tissue expression. It was expressed on stromal fibroblasts in many solid tumors (e.g., breast, head, and neck, lung, pancreatic) as well as directly on a subset of cancer cells of mesenchymal origin (e.g., sarcoma, melanoma, glioblastoma). The tumor antigen LRRC15, which is frequently overexpressed in multiple tumor types, as a repressor of cell death due to adenoviral p53. |
