NG-497 selectively inactivates human and non-human primate ATGL, but not structurally and functionally related lipid hydrolases, and eliminates human adipocytes in a dose-dependent and reversible manner. Lipolysis.[1] NG-497 (40 μM, 80 min) reduces lipolysis-dependent respiration in HepG2 cells without impairing mitochondrial function through off-target effects.[1] |
